Built From the Ground Up in Wyoming
Colton grew up in a logging family — so working the land isn’t just a job, it’s in his background. With 15 years of hands-on experience across ranches, logging operations, and construction environments, he built High Country Contracting to bring that same work ethic and expertise to property owners throughout Sheridan and the surrounding Wyoming and Montana region.
Every project Colton takes on gets the same level of personal attention — whether it’s a single-day mulching job or a multi-week land clearing and site prep project. You work directly with the owner from the first call to the final grade. No subcontractors. No middleman. Just consistent, owner-managed work on your property.
High Country Contracting holds RT-130 Wildland Fire Safety certification and is registered as eligible for federal and government land management contracts — bringing a level of credentialing to every project that most local contractors can’t offer.
